Colorado Wedding DJs

Selecting your DJ & MC is one of the most important decisions you that will make when planning your wedding. The DJ & Master of Ceremonies communicates with your guests and keeps your timeline and schedule moving along in a professional manner. And of course, the DJ provides the music and entertainment for you and your guests throughout the entire wedding (ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and reception).

Fun Fact: I got started in the wedding business as a DJ / MC & Guitarist before starting Rocky Mountain Wedding Company!

About Our DJs:

We have a small group of trusted, experienced in-house Wedding DJs, as-well-as a network of preferred DJs across Colorado that we frequently refer to our clients when our DJs are booked.

The Process: Selecting Your DJ

1. Initial phone call with me (Aaron) to discuss your style and what kind of DJ you are looking for. From there, I will recommend either of our in-house DJs, or one of preferred Colorado DJs.

2. I will send you a list of three to five DJs to choose from that meet your requirements and have your wedding date available.

3. Meet with your DJ to make sure they are a perfect fit. *We try to do an in-person consultation with every client, however, depending on location of both you and the DJ, a phone call may need to be arranged.

4. Sign the contract and submit deposit.

What's Next?

Once you have secured your DJ, your DJ will setup a more in depth meeting to understand your vision, timeline, any special requests, and song requests. During this initial meeting, it is a great time to ask any questions you may have about the process and seek out song recommendations.

A week prior to your wedding (preferably sooner) final song requests are submitted to your DJ. Once submitted, you and your DJ will have a final meeting to discuss the updated timeline, plans, requests, and address any changes from when you last met.

*Throughout the entire process, your DJ is only a phone call/text away to answer any questions you may have!
